Red Wine Chicken
Cover and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.
Red wine chicken. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar. Drain oil from skillet. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and 1 cup brown sugar.
Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the chicken mushrooms and thyme. Add the chicken and fry for 4-5 mins until golden. Add the mushrooms bay leaves redcurrant sauce and orange zest then pour in the red wine and stock and season with salt and pepper.
