Red rose wine. A light body makes it easy to enjoy and the lively fruit-forward taste of this wine makes it hard to resist. I enjoy Livingston Red Rose as an every day wine. Rose wine can run the gamut from ultra-dry to fairly fruity depending on the region and producer.
Where some red wines ferment for weeks at a time on red grape skins rosé wines are stained red for just a few hours. This rich and smooth Red Blend has notes of blackberries plum and fresh blueberries. They are often pink in colour and are sometimes referred to as pink or blush wines due to their capacity for making the consumer blush when drinking.
There are some winemakers who add a little white wine to their own. Rose wines are made of red grapes or red grape varietals. After crushing the grape skins will be left macerating with its juices for a few hours.
